Dining in Atlantic Highlands at KYOTO Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant

This evening's dining is near and far. Near because it is on Rt 36 in a shopping Plaza, far because it has an authentic feel of another place and time. For starters it was the chef's special Black Forest Roll. The presentation was excellent but the roll itself was one of the best I have ever tasted. Sticking with recommendation of the house, I had Sukiyuki, another winner. The dessert was more than a pretty picture, it was a tasty delight of green tea Ice Cream Tempura.

Now off to watch a Sandy Hook beach sunset.
