The Metropolitan Museum presents McQueen as art. Awesome!  Mother's Day was a hit: first stop was the Metropolitan Museum in NYC for a peek at the newly openned Alexander McQueen exhibit.  Words fail to articulate the range of this great craftsman, artist, and visionary.  More to come later this week on the wonderful installations.  Next stop was at Broadway to the new show, "Baby its You".  Literally next door to the Tony Award winning "Memphis" this show is Babyboomer's delight.  The music is from the 50's and 60's including old time favorites that "Make you want to shout".  Finally dinner at Sardi's Restaurant, a Broadway favorite for over 90 years.  A great Mother's day week-end and you can bet I will be sharing more pictures of both events!
